Goddess process candidate #3, the "Early Morning" recipe from Nik Color Efex Pro 4.
Pumping up the contrast slightly, this is the "Starry Night" recipe from Nik Color Efex Pro 4.
The "Soft Grain" recipe has a quiet sophistication that I like.
The reminds me of a trend from the early 1970s, a faded grunge look.

Last, but not least, this is a blue/sepia split tone from Lightroom 3.
Kicking off the HDR series, the single image tone mapping in Nik HDR Efex for this version is the "Subtle" preset with a lens vignette.
I have a "Hollywood Glamour Still" preset in Nik Silver Efex Pro 2 that I use for most monochrome conversions.
This hand colored modern cyanotype was created in Nik Color Efex Pro 2.
An finally, a hand colored Van Dyke print was also made in Nik Silver Efex Pro 2.
